This contract, dated May 10, 2006, is made between IBCS-Primax Software (Bangladesh) Ltd. and Iraqna Group, for the provision of Oracle consultancy services in Iraq and Egypt. The agreement covers the deployment of consultants to provide in-country support in Iraq, as well as implementation support in Egypt. It specifies that services will be delivered in Baghdad and Cairo within 10 days of purchase order confirmation, with payments to be made on a monthly basis within 15 days of invoice submission.
