This international project, developed for IntraHealth International, focuses on migrating and enhancing the Training Management System (TMS) to strengthen training operations across Bangladesh. The system will be migrated from the NIPORT server to the National Data Center (NDC), Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) server, ensuring secure deployment and scalability. Key enhancements include participant self-registration and approval workflow, resource pool management, improved enrollment and nomination processes, advanced reporting, trainer and participant information modules, and overall usability upgrades. The project aims to deliver a modern, user-friendly, and sustainable TMS aligned with international standards to support IntraHealth’s mission of advancing health workforce development.
