IBCS-Primax Software (Bangladesh) Ltd. has been awarded the contract by the Bangladesh Police to design, develop, and implement the Next Generation Police Information Management System (PIMS) — a state-of-the-art, centralized, and secure platform to modernize and automate the personnel and administrative processes of the Bangladesh Police.
The system will replace existing manual and legacy systems with an integrated solution that enables real-time data management, improves operational efficiency, ensures transparency, and strengthens decision-making across all levels of the organization.
The Next Generation PIMS will feature a comprehensive suite of interconnected modules, including:
Recruitment, Personnel Information Management, PIMS Cell & ID Card, Promotion, Leave, Posting/Transfer, Discipline/Complaint/Punishment, Reward, Command Certificate & Departure Letters, Training, Foreign Tour, UN Mission, Assets Information, Welfare Fund, Special Activity Information, Retirement & Pension, Report & MIS, Mobile Application, and Archive Management.
By leveraging advanced technologies, the system will offer secure role-based access, real-time reporting, mobile accessibility, and integration with relevant government databases. This initiative will significantly enhance the Bangladesh Police’s ability to manage its human resources, streamline workflows, and deliver timely, data-driven services, thereby contributing to improved law enforcement and public safety.
