A Turnkey project to implement an integrated MIS and back-office (Accounts, Asset, Inventory, HR and Payroll) system for the Social Development Foundation (SDF) under their Social Investment Project Program (SIPP). The MIS component enables SDF to monitor, evaluate and learn from their different poverty elevation projects and services using predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). The solution is a N-tier intranet web browser based application, residing on Oracle 9i RDBMS, deployed using Oracle 9i Application Server and built using Oracle 9i Developer Suite.
The World Bank has financed this project; covering two districts Gaibandha and Jamalpur. After successful implementation in these two districts the system will be implemented in other districts of Bangladesh on a priority basis.
IBCS-PRIMAX software development team successfully handed over the application to SDF on November 2004. SDF has requested for an extended support contract for the application until the 31st of December 2005.
