GrameenPhone Ltd (GP) has awarded IBCS-PRIMAX and PricewaterhouseCoopers the task of implementing GP's 'End-to-End Enterprise Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence' project, termed 'BIG'. The project will be implemented using Oracle data warehousing technology stack that provides an end-to-end seamless business solution, without the complexity and risk of integrating multiple products from multiple vendors. The GP BIG project will be built on Oracle Enterprise Server, Oracle Application Server and Oracle Warehouse Builder.

Once implemented the BIG system will enable GP to monitor and anlayze GSM network traffic, enable customer profiling and usage. The business intelligence gathered from BIG will strengthen GP's position in providing greater and improved customer service and products.
