We are pleased to announce that IBCS-PRIMAX signed agreement with Karnaphuli Fertilizer Company Limited (KAFCO) and have successfully implemented Oracle® Human Capital Management System (HCM).

KAFCO is one of the largest joint venture investments in Bangladesh producing high-grade granular urea and anhydrous ammonia. KAFCO is headquartered in Dhaka and the manufacturing plant is located in Chittagong. About 55 employees work at KAFCO corporate office and 600 employees at plant location. KAFCO decided to implement Oracle core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor to meet their current and future need.

Oracle® HCM is a powerful tool which will help KAFCO to optimize the use of human assets in the business. It will assist to adopt structured approaches to attracting, retaining, developing and using the critical skills and knowledge. It will also improve the capability of business to meet new challenges in this arena.
