24X7 onsite Operational,Maintenance and Support Service to Grameenphone DW/BI System -June 01, 2005

After the successful commissioning of Enterprise Datawarehouse and Business Intelligence Solution of Grameenphone along with PwC, IBCS-PRIMAX has recently signed a 24x7 on-site support agreement with Grameenphone. Under this agreement IBCS-PRIMAX team will operate,monitor,maintain and troubleshot the implemented DW ETL processes and reporting layer.

It may be noted that the GrameenPhone Ltd. DW/BI project is the first of its kind in Bangladesh handling a database volume of 20+ Terabyte.
