Bangladesh’s biggest GSM mobile operator Grameenphone has recently signed a support agreement with IBCS-PRIMAX. Under this agreement IBCS Application team will provide on-site support for Oracle 11i Financials, Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management modules. The support scope includes guidance to Oracle ERP end users, troubleshooting transaction entries; building and deployment of new customized reports.
