Banglalink GSM operator (an Orascom Telecommunication Holidings subsidiary) recently signed a support agreement with IBCS-PRIMAX. Under this agreement IBCS-PRIMAX Applications team will provide on-site support to Banglalink's Oracle 11i Financials, Inventory and Purchasing modules. The support scope includes guidance to end user operators, backup, cloning and building new customized reports.

Banglalink's Oracle 11i application was implemented by IBCS-PRIMAX in partnership with PricewaterhouseCoopers India Pvt. Ltd. last year and represented the first Oracle 11i ERP implementation in Bangladesh.
