IBCS-PRIMAX Software (BD) Ltd. introduced the “Best Employee Award” for the year of 2006.

The Best Employee Award recognizes outstanding conscientious service in the field of employment by an individual through his/her excellence, diligent, dependable and trustworthy performance of assigned duties.

 To evaluate performance of candidate, a letter of recommendation from the client and immediate line manager is required. A selection board nominates the winner based on pre-defined performance indicators.
