The IBCS-PRIMAX won an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project from Iraqana telecom which is an Orascom Telecom Holding subsidiary GSM mobile operator in Iraq. The awarded project was to implement and support Iraqana’s ERP solution using Oracle Financial 11i.

The duration of project was for 5 months, involving 3 IBCS-PRIMAX  consultants based in Egypt during implementation and in Iraq during the support phase. The SI partner for IBCS-PRIMAX during the project was QMMA . IBCS-PRIMAX consultants initially setup the Oracle 11i ERP instance in Egypt .During application support consultants based at Iraqana Head Office, Baghdad provide user training and  commissioning of the software for one and half months. 

Due to current prevailing situation in Iraq, the team was positioned in a most secured military area of Baghdad's 'green zone', protected by US and UK armed forces. It may be noted that IBCS-PRIMAX earlier successfully implemented the first ever Oracle Financial 11i in Bangladesh at Banglalink and provided advance support to Grameenphone Ltd Oracle ERP project; both GSM operators.
